Project Coordinator - Games

Lionbridge Games is a global leader in game localization and testing, helping developers deliver seamless experiences to diverse audiences worldwide.

In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing Games team, supporting a community of players who participate in remunerated activities for a broad catalog of game studios.

You will be dedicated to an e-sports-related project, handling interactions between gamers and Lionbridge, and organizing the execution of translation-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks reception from clients, assignment to vendor pools, and timely delivery back to clients
  • Support community members based on current needs for task execution
  • Proactively engage with the community to solve challenges and answer questions regarding project execution
  • Coordinate selection tests for candidates
  • Maintain and update community partners' data in the community database regularly
  • Monitor quality results of community partners
  • Requalify resources based on quality performance data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members
  • Help implement new processes to the community and adjust documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and community
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
  • Experience in reporting
  • Fluent English knowledge (at least C1 level)
  • Availability to work on shifts and overtime, including weekends
