Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement best-in-class product portfolio strategies to optimize ROI and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on agreed targets, including quality of inventory, inventory levels, SKU prioritization, and forecast accuracy.
- Manage research and market intelligence resources to produce relevant information to support decision-making.
- Frequently visit customers to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
- 3-6 years of experience in multinational corporations, preferably in business turnaround and growth situations.
- Proven track record of direct interaction with board members and country Managing Directors.
- Excellent management presence, analytical mindset, and ability to speak facts and figures.
- Project management experience, tire design, and tire marketing/industry experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
