We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Procurement Team, you will be responsible for helping internal customers in the Americas region primarily, mainly in the area of Property and Business Services (P&BS) partially for Professional Services & HR Services (PS&HR). Your primary objective will be to reduce costs, cover all potential risks, and support procurement processes that improve the quality of goods and services provided to internal customers by third parties.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital and data governance compliance, contributing to the strategic goals of the organization. You will also collaborate with Category Managers in developing demand forecasts and procurement strategies for respective procurement categories or assigned purchase cases.
- Lead comprehensive competitive RFx processes using internal eSourcing platforms.
- Manage suppliers within supported categories and sub-categories.
- Negotiate commercially and contractually with global vendors.
