Job Title: Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions between enterprise applications, customer, and logistic partner systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
  • Develop integration design documents and manage the backlog of enhancements, implementations, and production support tasks for the integration team.
  • Be the technical subject matter expert for the integration team, working with the business to understand opportunities and needs for automation.
  • Identify integration requirements between enterprise applications, customer, and logistic partner systems.
  • Develop integrations for both EDI and API processes within an integration platform as a service (iPaaS).
  • Manage incidents related to all integrations, including investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand system and business processes, and collaborate to implement a solution.
  • Develop integration test cases and manage the testing process for the integration teams.
  • Interact with technical team members to ensure technical requirements are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Enterprise Application Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit).
  • Understanding of EDI practice for B2B communication.
  • Ability to create detailed requirement and design documents using Microsoft Visio and Word.
  • Experience in project coordination, implementations, or related roles.
  • Passion for technology and implementing technology for process improvement.
  • Quality-oriented, takes pride in their work.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new subject matter.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, energetic, and able to work well with others in a team environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.
  • Knowledge in developing EDI or API integrations.
  • 3 to 5 years of software experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of quality assurance or testing experience a plus.
  • Experience or understanding of related areas such as XML messaging structure, Web services, SOAP and REST API's, SAP integration services, AWS, and Data Warehousing.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Experience using IBM Gentran and/or Informatica is an asset.

Clearance:

This position requires a valid Canadian Security Clearance. Candidates can be guided through the application process for this clearance but must successfully obtain the clearance in order to fill the position.

Shift Timing: 8AM to 5PM EST
