  • Provide top-tier support to our global client base

  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to document processes and enhance client engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being an asset
  • Experience with Zendesk Platform and/or Hubspot is preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and adaptable individual
