Job Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier support to our global client base
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
- Use Zendesk, Hubspot, and Linear to manage and resolve client issues
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for increased spending and develop strategies to achieve this goal
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to document processes and enhance client engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being an asset
- Experience with Zendesk Platform and/or Hubspot is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and adaptable individual
