- We are seeking a talented Capital Investment Projects Manager to lead the establishment of Stryker's Capital Investment Unit, overseeing a new business area.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving significant negotiations with key clients, including construction firms, architects, integrators, and major project execution groups, ensuring comprehensive inclusion of various Stryker products.
- You will develop and manage a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to define program scope, create and maintain the program Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and optimizing the schedule, and collaborate on the program budget, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate program Quality Plans, actively monitoring and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and addressing project risks.
- Build stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment with business leaders.

Requirements
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience with capital investment negotiations
