Empresa Importante is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Prepare presentation materials for meetings, showcasing project progress and key findings.

• Ensure project deadlines are met, and project changes are determined and implemented accordingly.

• Provide administrative support as needed, undertaking project tasks and developing project strategies.

• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and documentation is maintained appropriately.

• Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable, and ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

• Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to all project team members, and create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study.

• Bilingual English-Spanish.

• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
