Job Description

As a highly organized and diligent Warehouse Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of delivering world-class products safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inventory processes in line with Business Excellence and KORE requirements on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
  • Promote Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) within the warehouse.
  • Lead the inventory Cycle Count Process and annual physical counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly Inventory Accuracy reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage non-conformities found during counts and coordinate inventory adjustments as needed.
  • Train warehouse associates on ITS mobile applications and Warehouse Management best practices.
  • Collaborate with Finance on materials classification (ABC) for inventory control purposes.
  • Update Material Master Data and coordinate with New Product integrations to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Track Non-Conforming Material (NCM) temporary locations to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Handle Financial Audits and follow-ups to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Facilitate MRB routines and manage plant write-offs to minimize losses.
  • Guide strategies to reduce inventory risks and improve processes through data analysis and optimization techniques.
  • Analyze historical indicators for MRB-related metrics to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Report Financial Inventory Losses Accrual and maintain disposal process records to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation throughout the inventory management process.
  • Monitor inventory loss provisions and coordinate Non-Conforming Material disposals to prevent further losses.
  • Execute management responsibilities for Cycle Count and Non-Conforming Material Operators to ensure effective team performance.
  • Conduct safety, environmental, and quality assurance training for staff to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in health, environmental, and safety programs to foster a safe working environment.
