Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment at Vertiv Group Corp. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address critical maintenance issues and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of HVAC manufacturing equipment, including boilers, heat exchangers, chillers, compressors, and ventilation systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the maintenance department.
  • Develop and implement best practices and technologies to optimize maintenance processes and maximize equipment reliability.
  • Supervise and lead maintenance staff, including technicians, mechanics, and other personnel.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including forecasting expenses and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify issues and proactively address maintenance needs.
  • Supervise and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs, repair histories, and inspection reports.
  • Manage the overall maintenance activities within the company, including preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements:
