**Game Support Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled Game Support Specialist to join our team at Lionbridge Games. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our players, ensuring they have an exceptional gaming experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and professional support to players through various channels, including tickets, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including software, hardware, and connectivity problems.
- Collect and document player feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our games, including features, updates, and technical requirements.
**Requirements**
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize with players.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
