In this role, you will spearhead new business ventures in optimal retail opportunities within untapped market segments. Your comprehensive knowledge of our product categories and brands will enable you to engage new clients and enhance the portfolios of existing customers. You will be responsible for crafting promotional pricing strategies tailored to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Develop and effectively execute the commercial strategy to reinforce and expand Mondelēz International's market presence with assigned clients through preparation, negotiation, and implementation of business plans. Facilitate coordination between clients and internal teams at Mondelēz International. Maintain and cultivate strategic growth initiatives for clients, focusing on portfolio management, product listings, distribution, and impactful promotions and visibility. Establish and nurture robust category partnerships. Oversee pricing strategies within the Gross to Net Framework, manage product assortment, and ensure forecast accuracy in collaboration with the supply chain team. Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to assess, plan, and execute suitable promotional activities and in-store visibility. Monitor, analyze, and report on market trends and competitor activities.Qualifications
