Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team at one of our luxury hotels in Punta de Mita, Mexico.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, as well as receiving and storing supplies and linens.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
  • Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Restock supplies and linens in housekeeping carts and storage areas.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
