As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting filter level analysis and conducting training on F/A methodologies related to filter level F/A. You will also support failure analysis of reliability, STR, and Qual related failures using F/A tools or machines available in the laboratory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting filter level analysis and conducting training on F/A methodologies
- Supporting failure analysis of reliability, STR, and Qual related failures
- Reviewing pertinent details such as datalog or csv of failing parts versus Bin 1 reference
- Communicating with the design team to isolate failure modes
- Generating comprehensive reports correlating failure modes to help assembly and test on rootcause analysis
- Couching co-workers on technical topics
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as an F/A Engineer
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English (90% or more)
2. In-depth knowledge of circuit analysis and RF technology
3. Good experience using F/A tools such as curve tracer, network analyzer, thermal analysis, and emission microscope
4. Good background on assembly and wafer fab process
