EHS Professional

We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to join our team at Eaton's IS AER ITD division. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in environmental, health, and safety management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing EHS support to the site, ensuring compliance with national and local regulations, and maintaining a strong EHS culture. The role involves developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting audits, and reporting on performance metrics.

• Support EHS activities and achieve objectives and targets
• Internal reporting of EHS performance and review of regulatory requirements
• Maintenance of site ZWTL certification and accurate EHS reporting of metrics
• Closure of MESH and regulatory agency findings on a timely basis
• Completion of required training and direction of actions during crises

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, or EHS management)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in environmental, health, and safety programs
• Advanced English language skills
• Understanding of all components of an EHS Program, including accident investigation, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, life safety, machine guarding, air permitting, wastewater, hazardous waste, property conservation, and workers' compensation
• Strong problem-solving, directing others, managing through systems, ethics & values, drive for results, and accountability skills

Our estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
