Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounting Policy Registration and Analysis: Register and analyze accounting policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Balance and Expense Account Control: Analyze and control balance and expense accounts to identify discrepancies and optimize financial performance.
  • Payroll Analysis and Control: Analyze and control payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Account Reconciliations and Integrations: Prepare account reconciliations and integrations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare requested reports and provide timely analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Bank Reconciliations and Fixed Asset Control: Support bank reconciliations and fixed asset control to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Monthly Closing Management: Ensure timely completion of monthly closing activities to meet financial reporting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong Accounting Foundations: Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Excel Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze and present financial data.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical and communication skills to interpret financial data and present findings to stakeholders.
