Job DescriptionThe ALM Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our Capital Management team within the Asset and Liability Management squad. The primary focus will be on ensuring efficient compliance with regulatory requirements and reports, while also contributing to the planning and forecasting of capital processes to optimize our financial resources.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement banking processes by defining and building submission procedures for regulatory report compliance.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports for Nu as a bank, ensuring all local regulatory requirements are met before submission.
- Maintain proper controls and documentation for regulatory capital processes.
- Review data delivered by different owners to address any issues, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
- Facilitate compliance with various regulatory requirements, including contingency plans and stress test exercises.
- Regularly review regulatory amendments to accurately interpret new rules and adjust necessary processes.
- Produce presentation materials for regulators and management meetings.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of capital management strategies.
