We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the execution of equipment maintenance plans to ensure the feasibility of execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement autonomous maintenance on production lines in coordination with the production area.
- Develop plans, monitor, and control the main management indicators of the area, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Promote the use of continuous improvement tools for the treatment of failures and breakdowns in operations.
- Manage information to achieve the area's objectives, including maintenance, maintenance plans, inspection sheets, equipment technical sheets, and PM GTI documents.
- Develop and improve the management of control of materials, supplies, and spare parts in the area, based on the company's objectives.
- Generate and implement initiatives and improvement projects focused on savings related to the area.
- Supervise and guarantee compliance with the occupational health and safety management system in the development of the functions of your maintenance team.
