Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the execution of larger site (or 2+ sites) staffing and/or oversee a team (5+) of recruiters/recruitment sourcing specialists. This position will also provide full life cycle recruiting of management level professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a recruiting team to source and acquire top talents to meet business needs.
- Work with Sr. Managers/Manager of Recruiting to develop effective recruitment sourcing channels, staffing reports, and metrics.
- Collaborate with regional and site HR Manager to provide a seamless recruiting service to internal customers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business unit objectives and develop customized sourcing approaches and strategies.
- Track and report recruiting metrics and performance for monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring.
Requirements:
- Prior experience building a recruiting infrastructure, including policies, tools, and resume tracking systems.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and vendor management abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to negotiate and influence others at all organization levels.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating change and leading process improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
