Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer to join our team at Panasonic Avionics Corporation. As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing CAD models and engineering solutions for sustaining product lines, as well as creating drawings and BOMs to support production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings for product development
  • Assist engineers with hands-on troubleshooting efforts
  • Assist with testing, process development, and engineering documentation
  • Develop layouts, engineering drawings, and assembly drawings
  • Perform maintenance of CAD files in response to engineering changes
  • Interface with other engineers to verify product specifications
  • Prepare BOMs for product implementation into production
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Solution-oriented
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Self-sufficient and organized
  • Proficient in English and software design tools (Solidworks, CREO, etc.)
