About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting to manage process activities, execute tasks on time, and collaborate with team members to achieve timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Execute assigned tasks on time, address open issues independently, and support resolution.
- Collaborate with Process Specialists and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.
- Recommend changes to process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities.
- Contribute to ensuring service delivery of the team is within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling, preferably in a service delivery model environment.
- Strong process understanding from both content and technical (IT) perspectives.
- Good understanding of business setup and interconnections.
- Able to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
