Key Responsibilities- Engage with the Engineering team to identify new products and their expected launch timing.
- Provide guidance to the Engineering NPI team on product serviceability and design for serviceability.
- Identify potential failure modes in new products and prepare customer service operations to support customers.
- Coordinate prototypes, understand product functionality, and develop training activities.
- Define critical spare parts and coordinate initial Min-max levels.
- Create spare parts in the PLC and ERP systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and sourcing to have inventory available before product launch.
- Create service documentation for new product introduction.
- Provide training based on training requirements and plans for service centers.
- Coordinate end-of-life spare parts for service, following the end of life for finished products.
- Deliver performance on key performance metrics and strive to exceed targets.
- Use project management tools to achieve successful NPI projects.
- Drive improvement programs based on customer feedback and data.
- Participate in certification programs for service centers.
- Validate training programs' effectiveness.
- Identify and implement best practices.
- Prioritize and assign projects, duties, and tasks to cross-functional team members.
- Strive for continuous improvement in department, company, and customer activities.
- Track and report on critical case status, customer satisfaction, and service trends.
- Support customer needs promptly, accurately, and professionally.
