Customer Service Team Lead

At Citi, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and analytical abilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional service to clients. This includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
This role also involves analyzing call center data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with call center technologies, such as CRM software and automatic call distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional client service
- Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze call center data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize call center operations
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in call center operations, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with customers and colleagues
Citi offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
- Bonus potential: up to 20% of base salary
- Health insurance, retirement plan, and other benefits
