At Schneider Electric Gruppe, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated systems for high-volume production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex automated equipment and processes for high-volume manufacturing
  • Utilize knowledge of lean manufacturing, robotics, and automation systems to optimize production processes
  • Collaborate with automation technicians to ensure assembly and quality of automated equipment
  • Support purchasing and sourcing teams to select components for automated machines and processes
  • Design and create efficient testing methods to ensure manufactured products meet performance criteria
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
  • More than 2-4 years of experience in customized design of automated machines and processes for high-volume production
  • Strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawings, and machine design
  • Experience with Creo parametric is a plus
