Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Analyst, Mobility Solutions to join our Telecom and Mobility team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of mobile devices and wireless services for Warner Bros. Discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and Contract Management
Manage the procurement process for mobile devices, including iPhones, tablets, and MiFi units, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Supplier Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key domestic US mobility suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mobile devices and services. - Financial Management
Manage the financial aspects of mobile device procurement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost savings initiatives. - Reporting and Analytics
Provide regular reporting and analytics on mobile device procurement, including usage trends, cost savings, and supplier performance. - Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize mobile device procurement and reduce costs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobility procurement or a related field.
- Strong business analytics and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CITAM or other ITAM certifications.
- Experience with procurement software and systems.
