Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the ZF Group team, the Head of Site HR will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and success. This includes:
- Direct Labor and Indirect Labor Hiring Process Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding, to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Headcount Management: Collaborate with senior management to establish and manage headcount aligned with annual budget and sales targets.
- Annual Training Plan Design and Implementation: Develop and execute training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and competitiveness.
- Union Relations Management: Foster positive relationships with union representatives, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and settled terms.
- Adherence to Safety and Quality Systems: Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with established safety and quality protocols.
- Compensation Package Management: Design and manage compensation packages that are aligned with the company's budget and ensure fairness and equity among employees.
- Talent Review and Succession Planning: Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to identify and develop future leaders, driving business continuity and growth.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager
- English Proficiency
- Problem-Solving and Teamwork Skills
- Labor Relations Expertise
