Hris System Coordinator - Advanced HRIS Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Hris System Coordinator to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the optimal function of our HRIS system, providing technical support and training to users, and collaborating with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the integrity and functionality of our HRIS system, including data quality and consistency.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to HRIS users.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for all levels of the organization.
- Ensure proper permissions, access, and system operations for HRIS users and managers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of related experience in HRIS systems and change management.
- Advanced experience with people and systems change management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and technical support skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with human resource policies and procedures, and ability to keep information confidential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
