Job Description

The SIOP Supervisor is a critical role in the development and execution of the global SIOP management system and related processes. This position is responsible for supporting the improvement of market share, margin, and production efficiencies while maintaining customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Global SIOP Management System: Develop and maintain the global SIOP management system, including process design, roadmap execution, policy creation, and standardization.
  • Maintain SIOP Policy and Standard Work: Ensure the SIOP policy, standard work, and decision-making framework are understood and adhered to by direct and indirect stakeholders.
  • Lead Kinaxis Rapid Response System Design: Participate in and lead the design and enhancements of the Kinaxis Rapid Response system.
  • Global New Machine Supply Planning: Lead and facilitate global new machine supply planning as a SIOP process lead.
  • Business Champion for SIOP and Data Management: Act as a business champion for SIOP and data management related projects.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators: Develop, communicate, and improve key performance indicators that align to executive, SIOP, data & solution health, and facility performance measures.
  • Supply and Demand Imbalance Mitigation: Assist in the development of systems and reporting to identify and address imbalances in supply and demand. Develop and deliver mitigation scenarios for key risks and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Departmental Stakeholders: Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to ensure master scheduling and supply planning data inputs align to the requirements of internal customers and system architecture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in and lead the continuous improvement, standardization of processes, and best practice development across relevant business functions.
Requirements
  • Supply Chain Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, materials management, or related experience.
  • ERP and Advanced Planning Systems: Demonstrated experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems, including the management and maintenance of both process and data.
  • Site Capacity Planning and Global Product Supply Planning: Experience with site capacity planning and/or global product supply planning and knowledge of industrial manufacturing Sales & Operations Planning processes.
  • Master Data Management: Experience with managing master data, data warehousing, mapping, and transformation practices.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Critical Thinking and Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking, influence, negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
