About the Role

As a Master Scheduler at Emerson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning and execution of our supply chain, ensuring that we meet our customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key planning leadership and materials teams to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on data migrations across ERPs during product line transitions and factory moves/consolidations or acquisitions.
  • Manage the planning aspects of product migrations from new product/design phase to full release.
  • Drive inventory management through smart forecasting as part of the regional Americas SIOP process.
  • Support the development and implementation of improved tools and systems to assist in predictive analytics.
Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluent English.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation ability.
  • Ability to lead and work within teams in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar.
  • Planning experience.
