Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality, process-based tailored training that promotes Oracle best practices.
- Work collaboratively with customers to help them build product knowledge, increase user adoption, and achieve ROI.
- Deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual end-user training to multiple customers in a variety of industries.
- Assess customer training needs, develop custom curriculum and materials, and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.
- Deliver additional services such as Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go Live Support Training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the technology industry.
- 1+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
- Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills.
- Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP and standard business practices.
- Ability to advise the customer and showcase the importance of their training strategy.
- Drive value with the customer.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift.
- Highly adaptable and open to change.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills.
Language Requirement:
Full Professional Proficiency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese an asset, but not required.
Travel:
The position will deliver on-site training upon request, up to 40%.
