About the Job
Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Researcher to join our team in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) laboratory environment. As a Chemical Researcher, you will play a key role in providing analytical data to draw conclusions and recommend actions to Product Development, Manufacturing and Global Technology Center partners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide analytical data to support method development, optimization and validation in a GMP laboratory environment.
2. Apply compendial methodologies like USP, FCC, EP and data interpretation techniques to obtain reproducible and accurate results.
3. Contribute to the development of new analytical methods and techniques to analyze raw materials, experimental formulas and finished products.
4. Ensure compliance to Colgate-Palmolive, local and state guidelines related to Environmental Affairs, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS), Quality and Regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with local Product Development teams, Global Technology Centers and manufacturing sites to provide analytical support and training.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
2. At least one year of experience in chemical analysis instrumentation, raw material analysis with compendial methodologies.
3. Advanced English language skills.
