This role will serve as a key technical interface between our global R&D organization and our Distributor partners and end customers to enable the successful design-in of NXP's products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Feedback and Support
    • Provide feedback to Product Marketing, Systems, and Design teams on the success of NXP products and recommend improvements.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and deliver technical training to NXP Field Applications Engineers, Distributor FAEs, and end customers on new Automotive processors and their associated software and tools.
  • Customer Support
    • Provide technical support to key customers in the Americas region.
  • Documentation and Content Creation
    • Develop hardware, software, and development tool documentation, including product briefs, user guides, and example code.
  • Event Participation
    • Attend NXP, Distributor, and customer/industry events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Programming Skills: Experience in embedded C language programming.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of Microcontrollers and Microprocessors.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English and Spanish communications skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the USA, Canada, and Central/South America without restriction.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
