About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Assets Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for administering, managing, analyzing, registering, and ensuring accounting information of Fixed Assets and Capex Project Control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage accounting information of Fixed Assets and Capex Project Control.
  • Prepare and facilitate financial certificates and executive reports for LAB - CASA Business units.
  • Account for movements requested by the Comptroller's Office of each BU.
  • Process and confirm modifications to Master Data requested by our clients.
  • Support in the generation of depreciation projection reports ensuring that the figures are correct and timely delivery.
  • Ensure Obtaining of missing invoices that protect the ownership of the company's assets.
  • Ensure reconciliation and integration of accounting accounts for Investment, Depreciation, Expenses, Construction in Process, and those related to Accounting Standards.
  • Generate financial information of the movements related to assets and projects in the month for its reporting in HFM (Q's Shedules).
  • Analyze Information on Fixed Assets to internal Clients.
  • Participate in innovation and improvement projects for the area.
  • Prepare information required by SOX audits and certifications.
  • Punctual monitoring of projects to capitalize the assets acquired and mention any risk that may arise according to the policy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Administrative Field.
  • Experience of 1-3 years in Accounting - Financial areas.
  • Language: English - Intermediate-Advanced.
  • Use of Excel (Intermediate-Advanced), Power Point, Word. Desirable management of SAP.
  • Act with integrity.
  • Inspire confidence.
  • Attention to details.
  • High sense of urgency.
