**Responsibilities:**

Manage customer escalations and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality resolutions to technical issues.
Develop and implement proactive support strategies to reduce incidents, increase availability, and accelerate deployments.
Educate and guide customers through the problem-solving process, adopting Oracle diagnostic methodologies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice to customers and Oracle employees.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle database engineer or DBA.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle database technology, including RAC, ASM, performance tuning, HA, backup and recovery.
Experience in database upgrades, migrations, installations, and patching.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and provide expert solutions.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, and take initiative to collaborate with team members globally. You will be responsible for providing expert technical advice to customers and Oracle employees, and for working with limited guidance from management.
