Sales Professional for Maintenance Services in Mexico

About the Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team at 253 KONE Mexico S.A. de C.V. as a Salesperson-Maintenance Services for Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and create customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility.
- Develop KONE's position in his/her customer base or market area.
- Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team.
- Proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base.
- Create leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
- Find customer needs and ensure that KONE's solution matches the needs.
- Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority.
- Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome.
- Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits (sales funnel management).
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM.
- Responsible for gathering relevant information about the market and competitors from the field.
- Support the finance function in money collection.
- Drive the execution of his/her individual sales plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, any Engineering, or related.
- 5+ years of relevant technical sales experience (intangibles) such as maintenance and repair services, material testing, cloud services, financial services, security, sanitation, logistics, transportation, etc.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience working with a CRM.
