Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Billing Supervisor to join our team at Marken. As a Billing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to external customers, while also managing internal billing processes.
Main Accountabilities
- Billing Cycle Management: Supervise the billing process from start to finish, guaranteeing that external customers receive their invoices on time and in full.
- Internal Processes: Oversee internal billing processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage collections within agreed payment terms, providing regular updates on cash flow and revenue projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, billing, and/or accounts receivable.
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisor position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
