Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division is currently seeking a skilled Environmental Health and Safety professional to provide leadership and guidance to the site.

**Job Summary**:

This position is responsible for directing EHS activities, establishing objectives and targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will maintain site ISO/OHSAS certifications, assure accurate and complete EHS reporting, and manage interfaces with the public and governmental authorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and achievement of EHS goals and objectives
  • Facilitate risk assessments and create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks
  • Track performance against targets and objectives
  • Support creation of EHS goals for the site manager and leadership team
  • Drive and promote a zero-incident EHS culture
  • Create and facilitate EHS engagement through teams and committees
  • Work with the leadership team to complete an annual evaluation of compliance
  • Pursue third-party recognition for world-class EHS programs
  • Manage EHS data and provide training for compliance

**Requirements:**

We are seeking an Environmental and Safety Engineering graduate with 1-3 years of experience as an EHS Engineer in a manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Mexican regulatory laws, bilingual Spanish-English skills, and experience with company-wide systems for reporting EHS data.
