Job Title: Talent and Leadership ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Leadership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing Talent and Leadership Assessment projects, providing feedback and development reports to early career talent, and producing insight reports on key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Talent and Leadership Assessment projects in the Talent Hub, including launching assessments, reporting, and tracking progress.
- Learn and understand the talent assessment matrix, knowing which assessments are used for which situations and employee levels.
- Provide feedback and development reports to early career talent.
- Produce insight reports on key metrics at the end of the process.
- Prepare presentations and other communications documents to communicate talent outcomes and insights.
- Support the COE & HRBP's on the management of Talent Pools, preparing for quarterly review meetings.
- Set up and deliver training to Kerry ambassadors attending career fairs to attract graduates to Kerry.
- Set up and deliver training to assessors working on graduate assessment centers.
- Attend, facilitate, and sometimes act as an assessor at assessment centers.
- Provide reports containing output of survey results relating to the graduate programme to the COE.
- Facilitate onboarding training to graduates joining the global graduate programme and their people managers.
- Deliver mentor training to Graduate mentors and buddies.
- Support the design, development, rollout, and delivery of talent and learning solutions, including Talent Development, Career Development, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging activities.
- Support the maintenance of career frameworks and upskilling employees and people leaders on using them as part of career development.
- Produce quarterly and annual updates on Talent Pools, including make-up, progress updates, and KPIs.
- Adjust and produce quarterly and annual dashboards providing updates on progress against KPIs for key processes, including Talent, Succession Management, and Diversity.
- Oversee the successful execution of processes by both Learning Administrators and Learning Technologists.
- Act as an escalation point for any issues related to processes or systems that cannot be resolved by Learning Administrators and Learning Technologists.
- System administration, implement proposed system configuration changes.
- Act as a single point of contact with ICT to investigate issues with the configuration and operation of myLearning.
- Participate in the review and approval of all proposed system changes.
- Maintain a library of third-party courses as these course libraries are updated.
- Monitor the accuracy of myLearning reporting and escalate issues to the responsible team.
- Oversee project management of all content creation projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to required quality.
- 5+ years' experience in HR and Talent advisory/specialist, learning and development roles.
- Psychology/business psychology degree.
- Facilitation, training delivery, and evaluation experience.
- Thorough knowledge of learning management systems, preferably Success Factors, and an excellent understanding of processes and best practices for implementing instructional design in a learning management system.
- Previous experience as a manager is desirable.
- Employees, Managers, Peers within GBS (Tier 1 & Tier 2), Global Experience & Solution Lead for Talent Services, HR Centres Of Excellence in particular our CoE for Leadership, Learning & Talent, HR Business Partners.
