You will work with personal and business customers to resolve technical issues on smartphones and wearables that connect to our wireless network, using your critical thinking to research technical cases and identify root causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers

  • Ability to work in person based in our office for most of your work shift
