Job Summary

We are seeking a Travel Counselor to join our prestigious Travel and Lifestyle Services team. As a Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for providing international service and domestic booking, particularly at the high and luxury travel segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to American Express Premium card members.
• Give card members timely, accurate, and relevant travel information.
• Manage card member expectations and deliver service above and beyond expectations.
• Understand premium travel-related areas such as geography and products.

Requirements

• Advance students/bachelor's degree in Travel and Hospitality.
• 2 years of travel working experience (mandatory).
• SABRE or AMADEUS GDS is a must.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
• Availability to work full-time, including Saturday and Sunday.
