Document Control Specialist Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Document Control Specialist to join Ware Malcomb's team in Monterrey. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of construction documents and providing Revit support to Ware Malcomb offices on architecture projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project documents using AutoCAD and Revit software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Job Captains for project coordination, including consultant team interactions and construction services.
  • Assist with submittals to jurisdictional agencies, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in the field of Architecture, including internship experience; recent or upcoming graduates may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up.
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or Technical College Degree/Certificate.
