Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including scheduling and executing maintenance activities, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
- Facilities Support: Provide support to all departments by ensuring that facilities and equipment are functioning properly, and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve equipment faults, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections on maintenance work, and ensure that all work meets the highest standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including engineering and production, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ensure that all necessary materials are available for maintenance activities.
- Cost Control
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or safety incidents, and take prompt action to resolve the issue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in maintenance, test, or facilities support departments in a manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Demands: No special physical requirements.
