As a Customer Support Specialist with our Global Services organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Infor Nexus.
A Day in the Life
You will respond to customer inquiries by utilizing product knowledge and research tools to resolve issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with completing transactions on the Infor Nexus platform
- Communicating with partners and internal departments to ensure seamless customer relationships
- Administering customer training on various functions
- Documenting support procedures and solutions for common issues
Basic Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Customer management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- The ability to follow through on tasks and projects assigned
- Capacity to multitask and work in a deadline-sensitive environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, relevant experience in supply chain management and/or logistics management, as well as knowledge of freight forwarders, logistics service providers, and carriers, would be beneficial.
Location
This position is based in Montes Urales Norte 505, Col, Lomas de Chapultepec, 11000 Ciudad de Mexico.
Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
