Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless recruitment, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the steel/metals industry;
- Design and publish job advertisements that showcase our company's values and benefits;
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to identify suitable candidates;
- Cultivate relationships with professional networks, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and trade fair events, to source potential employees;
- Provide guidance on training, personnel development, marketing, and payroll management;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws to ensure compliance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR-talent acquisition strategies aligned with our company's vision, culture, and business needs;
- Inspire, coach, and promote our company's culture and ethics to drive team performance.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, preferably in the steel/metal industry;
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, performance management, and federal/state employment laws;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to think creatively, and resourcefulness in solving problems;
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization;
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Expertise in HR software to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the company;
- Able to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Bachelor's degree (required);
- Talent Acquisition experience: 5 years (required);
- Human Resource experience: 5 years (required).
The estimated salary range for this position is $13,800 per month. Our company offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
