We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in implementing operational capabilities and supporting the operational elements for our market.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

  1. Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales, including data processing.
  2. Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
  3. Contribute to the revision and development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes, ensuring they are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with sales and internal departments to test system implementation and changes.
  5. Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities to drive efficiency.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support.
  2. Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools, including SAP and MS Excel.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly, and maintain composure.
