About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our accounting and financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement financial analysis and reporting processes to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
  • Accounting and Financial Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and identify and mitigate financial risks to the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience: As an Accounting Manager or Controller in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and financial implications.
  • Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting Skills: Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop and implement financial analysis and reporting processes.
  • Microsoft Excel and Access: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access, with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
