Operations Director

Transnational Manufacturing Company, a leading provider of workforce solutions through Kelly Services, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our operations in the Americas. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and develop a high-performing team.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success in managing large-scale manufacturing operations. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including safety, quality, supply chain management, and talent development.

• Safety Culture: Ensure the implementation and development of a world-class Safety Culture, aiming for zero accidents.
• Compliance: Guarantee full compliance with Company Policies, including EHS, Social Responsibility, Legal, and Accounting.
• Staff Management: Manage staff effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and achieving financial targets.
• Strategy Development: Determine and deploy the strategy for the entity, aligning with the Group strategy, under the direction of the Head of the Business Unit.
• Acquisitions Integration: Support the integration of acquisitions within the company, as requested.
• Operational Excellence: Develop, communicate, and implement a full potential roadmap for operational performance improvement, initiating, stimulating, organising, and managing Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Financial Performance: Achieve financial and operating performance targets as agreed through Annual Budgets, Multi-year Plans, and other short-term Plans.
• Culture Development: Integrate an all-inclusive Leadership Team and contribute decisively to develop a Culture and Ownership model based on innovation, cooperation, flexibility, ambition, and a customer-centric organization.
• Integration: Work closely with the Local and International Sales and Innovation & Development teams, ensuring full integration within the matrix organisation of the Group.
