CPKC Telecommunications Job Description

Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) is a leading transportation company, and we are currently seeking a skilled Telecommunications Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the control of telecommunications expenses and budgeting process.

About the Role

  • Assist in the analysis and optimization of telecommunication expenses.
  • Elaborate executive reports of operations and telecommunications expenses.
  • Prepare executive reports of KPIs for the telecommunications area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and vendors, including account managers in the US and Mexico.
  • Manage accounts payable for communications expenses.
  • Elaborate purchasing requisitions for telecom-related services.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to telecommunications products and services.
  • Analyze performance and provide reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in expense management or a related field.

Working Conditions

  • On-site work at the Monterrey office (100% of the time).
  • No travel required.
