Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of supplier and item master data.
- Verify MRP results and communicate forecasts/cancellations to suppliers.
- Monitor supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate the risk of shortages.
- Support technical changes to guarantee the timely delivery of new components.
- Develop and maintain regular contact with suppliers to foster strong relationships.
- Collect and communicate costs related to non-compliance due to supplier issues.
- Implement measures to prevent and treat obsolete materials in case of exhaustion or technical changes.
- Identify excess stock, conduct root cause analysis, and initiate corrective action.
- Contribute to inventory processes and cycle counting in the plant.
- Periodically review and evaluate supplier delivery performance.
Required Skills:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and conversational.
- Experience working with SAP systems and MS Office.
- Organized and self-motivated work attitude.
