Job Summary

Futran Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Windows Server + Active Directory + SCOM Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting AD DS-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess Client Needs

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend AD DS-based solutions that meet their needs.

Design Solutions

You will design AD DS-based solutions, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication, to ensure seamless integration with our clients' existing infrastructure.

Implement Solutions

You will implement AD DS-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, to ensure high-quality delivery of services.

Provide Technical Support

You will provide technical support for AD DS-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning, to ensure optimal system performance.

Manage Projects

You will manage AD DS-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Train Clients

You will train clients on the use of AD DS-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.

Stay Up-to-Date

You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to AD DS-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Strong Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication, is essential.

Experience

Experience designing, implementing, and supporting AD DS-based solutions is required.

Strong Troubleshooting Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are necessary to ensure high-quality delivery of services.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and team members.

Project Management Experience

Project management experience is necessary to manage AD DS-based projects from conception to completion.

Industry Certifications

Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.
