The ISG Service Parts Services NA & LAS Fulfillment Analyst is a key role within Lenovo's supply chain organization, responsible for ensuring seamless order management and fulfillment for service parts orders in the Americas Region.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Create and manage reports merging data from various sources, extract, validate, and control data to ensure accurate order processing.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Identify projected shortages and collaborate with stakeholders to prevent shortages and minimize their impact.
- Backlog Management: Perform backlog management to minimize and reduce customer backlog and prevent aging backlog.
- Customer Communication: Provide ETA reports to keep customers informed about their backlog status.
- Vendor Collaboration: Communicate directly with vendors to resolve any order delays and ensure timely delivery of service parts.
- Reporting and Analytics: Report backlog trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduce and avoid backlog.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis and take necessary corrective action when parts are not available or have no demand.
- Performance Metrics: Report to management the KPIs associated with planning and fulfillment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience: 1 year of working experience in supply chain related positions.
- Skills: Outstanding analytical capabilities, familiarity with Excel & PPT, and SAP experience is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented.
